There isn't really one. Just play whatever whenever. Me personally, I got started with From the Ashes while doing the tournaments on the side, then I played the Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon, Band of Bastards and A Woman's Lot in that order, though you certainly don't have to go through the game the way I did. I hope that helps! Theresa's DLC you can do whenever you feel like. I did it once when starting awakening and once after finishing courtship (different playthrough). I recommend doing it early since she's low level & you might get accustomed to a high level Henry and die uselessly as her. Capon's DLC works mid-game. You don't need to be Uber powerful, but having Theresa DLC quest line Ordinary days. Speak to Teresa to begin the quest, then after the scenes you will be controlling Theresa in Skaltiz. You have a few stats but only a handful of perks. Now AWL is.. different as first part with Theresa, it pulls you out of Henry's pov, and many people don't read and trigger the dlc as soon as they arrive at Rattay mill, right after prologue.. it takes 3-4hrs. The second part of DLC deals with Johanka, you play as Henry so no worries there.
