MW3 was the game between the games at the peak of CoD. Fatigue was far from the reason that game underperformed and I have several weeks of time played on Black Ops 1 that backs that up. The fatigue argument is what birthed Jetpacks of Duty. It was wrong then and its still wrong now. Sorry I got to it late though.
The premise of 'skill-based damage' is that it takes the killing player more shots to kill, which isn't OP in this clip. Having the shield take more than 3 hits to get a kill (when it’s clear there was nothing wrong client or server side) means there’s damage reduction going on somewhere. There could be an argument made for damage ranges

Having the same proglems with synchronising game settings then disconnected from server. 2. Please fix the hit-detection. When I just turn around a corner/wall and then die right before that corner (as if the game hit a rewind button), it's frustrating to say the least.
